Hours of Work |
Standard full time hours are 37 per week, Monday to Friday. However, the post holder will be expected to work the hours reasonably required for the performance of the role (including evening meetings). |

| Salary | Circa £75k per annum. Red Kite will consider introducing a performance related pay scheme, which would be linked to the achievement of measurable organisational and individual targets, in due course. Annual pay reviews will take place each April and any increases will reflect organisational and individual performance, affordability, market comparison and any other relevant factors. |
| Car Allowance | An annual car allowance of £5,000 p.a. is offered in addition to salary, which is non pensionable. |
| Pension | Red Kite will offer membership of a contributory pension scheme. The actual scheme provision will depend on the timing and arrangements in place on appointment. |
| Probation | A period of 6 months probation will apply. |
| Relocation | A relocation scheme will be available. |
| Notice Period | 1 month on either side during the probationary period and 4 months on either side following successful completion of the probationary period. |
| Private medical insurance | Private medical insurance individual cover will be provided. The arrangements may need to be put in place after employment commences. |
| Sickness Pay | Private medical insurance individual cover will be provided. The arrangements may need to be put in place after employment commences. |
| Annual Leave | 30 days plus the 8 UK bank holidays. |
